Please visit our stand to make your entry in our March 2009 competition to celebrate 100 runs for the IBT WAV. Entries are limited to one per person.

The winners will be drawn on Monday the 23rd of March 2009 and the results posted on this page.

General terms of this prize draw/competition:
1. The promoter of this competition is Churchill Drilling Tools (Rentals) Ltd. ("CDTR").
2. The prize draw and competition is open only to attendees of SPE Amsterdam of who are not younger than 18 years of age.
Employees or agents of CDTR or anyone and/or their immediate family, may not enter.
3. Only entries made on the exhibition stand will be accepted. All submitted entries become the property of CDTR.
4. No purchase is necessary to enter our prize draws and competitions.
5. CDTR does not accept responsibility for lost or illegal entries.
6. All entries for an Event must be received by 19th March 2009.
7. All winning entries will be selected randomly by CDTR or its agents within two (2) weeks of the End Date from all correct entries received. The selection is final.
8. The selected entrants will receive confirmation via email of winning a prize on or before the Announcement Date set forth above. The prize winner must reply to that email within ten (10) days of CDTR or its agent sending it, or risk forfeiting the prize. CDTR reserves the right to select another prize winner if such reply is not received, and CDTR shall have no liability to previously-selected prize winners who have not replied as specified above.
9. All prizes are non-transferable. No cash alternative is available for any prize. In the unlikely event that a prize should become unavailable, CDTR reserves the right to substitute a prize which it determines as being of equal value.
10. Personal information about entrants and prize winners will be used for the following purposes by CDTR, its agents and/or its related, affiliated or subsidiary companies:
(a) for selection of a winner and delivery of the prize;
(b) for disclosure to the general public upon written request as described below (name and town/city only); and
(c) in publicity connected with the Event (name, photograph and company details).
11. Except for data you submit as part of entry, all personally-identifiable information will be deleted from the database after the prize has been awarded.
12. CDTR arranges the draw in good faith, but cannot accept any liability relating to draw or prizes offered.
13. The winner's name may be obtained after the draw date by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to Churchill Drilling Tools (Rentals) Ltd. Unit 6, 99 Crombie Road, Torry Aberdeen AB11 9QQ Scotland.
